A Training Steering Group was established to support collaboration across CEH in the design and delivery of best practice cultural competence training.
Membership includes the Professional Learning Coordinator, Information Services Coordinator, and CEH staff that have training as a core part of their role. The group meets monthly, and has identified and begun work on the following priorities:
- Map training activity across CEH to identify collaboration and training development opportunities
- Develop training guidelines to support consistency in training development across CEH
- Identify professional development needs of CEH trainers
