CEH made the most of Melbourne’s reputation as the food and entertainment capital of Australia. We created the atmosphere of a night market as our guests wandered through hawker stalls and sampled the freshest and most exciting street food from around the world.
We presented award-winning comedy with Fear of a Brown Planet and Australia’s only multicultural women’s DJ collective, Lady Fingers. Ajak Kwai, a Sudanese-born singer and songwriter created a unique and powerful musical performance by blending the traditional songs of her culture with soul and funk rhythms.
